The teams provide comprehensive family law services, including divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
Ideal candidates will be at the NQ level or above, with experience in financial provision and child law. They should be familiar with both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. A strong interest in and enthusiasm for family law is essential.
